I accidentally listed this page for deletion believing it was a troll template. Sorry. Now that I'm with the program, I think it's a good idea. I would also like to suggest it is expanded to this version:

Hello, [[User:{{{1}}}|{{{1}}}]], welcome to Wikipedia. I see you've been editing in the sandbox. That's great - the sandbox is an excellent area to practice your editing skills.

Although it is a practice area, the sandbox must still conform to the good behaviour policies that apply to the rest of wikipedia. That means no pornography or offensive behaviour. Also, the sandbox has a special header at the top ({sandbox}), which is an important notice to new users. Please do not remove this line. Do feel free to edit anything else on the page, though.

By the way, this is your [[User talk:{{{1}}}|user talk page]] where any other wikipedia user can leave you messages. Thanks,
