Information regarding this school is unavailable except from students at the school because the school's website is very uninformative.
You cannot say anything unless you have been in Sayfol so if you have please say so and your answers will be accepted. The statement about the prefects is very true indeed but read on.... it was the class of 2005.

the prefects vary in attitude, younger ones in yr8 - 9 are excellent however former prefects (yr12-13 students) have no respect for other fellow students and think that they own all, however they are useless cruel people.

Some prefects in the school are undoubtly cruel and sometimes corrupted... but there are prefects that follow the rules and such.. This all happens because of the schools cover.. Students are made the think that being a prefect is something to be proud of and respected.. They are also told that they will get credits at the end of the year... But it all ends up that all the prefects are being used by the teachers and Tapscott to do the dirty work.. There are some Prefect however that see through this and don't do much work..

so yes.. prefects are not being fooled...?! they are the ones who are creating that scene of diciplinity in the school as u can say it...

What ever you have read in Wiki about sayfol is not all that true.. although some points have be exagerated, it is mostly true.. Yes, the school is made out of wood and is cheap... Yes, most rules are carried out unfairly.. and student rights are not taken seriously in the school... If you look at the school website, there are things that are untrue.. Like for instance it says that there is counseling yet there isn't.. There are also many activities that has never even taken place!! They say they care about students in every form and manner, yet they kick students out of classes at the beginning of the year because they failed an assesment out of stress.. that is about as much faith they have in students...
The timing in the school also needs to be revised... they had sports day right before a big exam.. which cost many people to lose time studying in school because of practice... They were going to hold Sayfol Idol (a singing contest based on American Idol) 1 week after final exams, leaving no time to practice properly.. Every month they have assessments that take up valueble study time...
Fren go ahead n bring books during sports day... if it is that u want to sweat n study under the heat... HALO there is such thing called as common sense.... study at home la!/ Crazy ah?

Well many say that some prefects are corrupted or evil... they may be true... but have u been in thier shoes? they may be thinking that we are evil to them>.. i have noticed that b4... The school....hmm.. i think that they are growing in size n quantity... so lets hope this school is the right school for us..
Be in their shoes? Cmon all they do is sit around and do ABSOLUTLELY nothing but sit around and play guards all day. Sure they sacrifice their lunch period but cmon there absoluely nothing to do anyway. Students eat and walk around thats it. Think abot it prefects are only selected becuause they suck up to teachers. Favouritsm plays a huge role in Sayfols student politics.You all will admit that.
