Say When!! was an American game show hosted by Art James from January 2, 1961 to March 26, 1965 that was a Mark Goodson-Bill Todman production.

2 Contestants (1's A Returning Champion) will pick 1 of the 4 Prizes and each prize has a price on it to set up a limit of picking up prizes in dollar values (from $1000 to $10,000) in a 2-out-of-3 Match. The 1st Contestant has enough prize to get closer to the price value limit without going over wins the game & the match as well. When The Contestant Match the Limit, He or She can win (up to 100 Cases) of the Same Product. On October 2, 1961 There's a Home Viewer Contest to play along to the show. The Champion must face a challenger before losing the game & the match as well. This is a send-off of "The Price is Right".

- In one memorable episode, Art James was doing a promotional plug for Peter Pan brand peanut butter. He put the knife in the jar, but it went through the jar causing a hole. It's known as one of the most famous game show bloopers of all time.
- This is the One & Only Hosting Job at Mark Goodson-Bill Todman for Art James and hosted or appeared on other game shows.
- On April Fools Day, 1963 Gene Rayburn Hosted "Say When!!" & Mr. James played The MATCH GamE on NBC-TV.

The 1st Theme of "Say When!!" is "The Sixth(6th) Finger Tune" by Lee Adams & Charles Strouse that used on-air from January 2 to May 19, 1961 & The 2nd & Last theme is "Window Shopping" by Bob Cobert from May 22, 1961 to 1965.
