Saxilby

Saxilby is a large village in Lincolnshire, England, about six miles north-west of Lincoln, on the A57 road. It is part of the civil parish of Saxilby and Ingleby, along with the nearby village of Ingleby. Nearby places are Broadholme, Burton, Broxholme, and Hardwick.

The village is the site of Saxilby railway station, on the Doncaster to Lincoln Line.

Includes many houses, a primary school called Saxilby C. E. Primary School and lots of good secondary schools nearby such as Queen Elizabeth's High School in Gainsborough, Christ Hospital School in Lincoln and Yarborough School in Lincoln.
