Savannah, Texas

Savannah, Texas is the name of a housing subdivision marketed by Huffines Communities just east of Denton, Texas (USA). It is located entirely within the boundaries of Denton County Fresh Water Supply District 10 and is not a city or town.

According to the subdivision's marketing website, "the Commissioner's Court of Denton County authorized the creation of the District because Savannah is NOT located in a city. The District is a political subdivision of the State of Texas, and functions like a city."
