Sausage bun

Sausage Bun (Chinese: 腸仔包) is a type of Chinese Pastry. It is essentially the equivalent of the American Hot Dog. It is found in Hong Kong as well as some Chinatown bakery shops overseas. The center of the bun is a sausage.
