Sarmad Sultan Khoosat (Urdu: سرمد سلطان کھوسٹ) is an acclaimed script-writer, director and actor, responsible for some of the most successful and unique Pakistani television projects. He is the son of the famous television/film actor Irfan Khoosat and was the brains behind the situational comedy series Shashlick which ran for over three years on PTV. His plays typically involve slapstick comedy and loads of Pakistani film music. He has also written the script for Saqib Malik's upcoming production Ajnabee Shehr Mein. Saqib Malik was reportedly very impressed with the draft which Khoosat had prepared.

He is also the Father of the Pakistan Comedy Actor "Irfan Khoosat", 'Sarmad Sultan Khoosat' died on 19 Feb. His Famous Comedy plays and Films are still seen by the People of Pakistan. Sarmad Sultan Khoosat one of the most renowned Film which is also been written by him is "Naagi" other then this some of the renowned films are "Chaudhry" , "Sassi".
