Sarku Japan

Sarku Japan is a franchise-based fast food restaurant chain in the United States that specializes in Japanese cuisine such as sushi or teriyaki dishes and is most known for its teriyaki chicken. The group was founded in Boston, Massachusetts in 1987, and currently has more than 180 restaurants, frequently sited in large shopping malls. By 1991, they had opened more than 25 locations in 8 states and by 1999, had opened their 100th location. They now serve more than 20,000,000 people annually. In April 2002, they moved their headquarters to Markham, Ontario. [1]
