Sarah Macmillan
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Sarah Macmillan (1930-1970) was the daughter of Lady Dorothy Macmillan and Harold Macmillan, 1st Earl of Stockton. She was raised by Lady Dorothy and her husband Harold Macmillan. Her premature death was hastened by emotional problems.
It has long been alleged that Robert Boothby, with whom Lady Dorothy had a long affair, was actually Sarah Macmillan's biological father.[citation needed]
