Sarah Barrand

Sarah Barrand (born 1985) is an English television actress best known for her role as dizzy Shannon Donnelly-Lawson in Footballers Wives. The character was based on British model Katie Price (Jordan). The character has a high-pitched Liverpool accent and she is supposed to have had breast implants on the show. She has played other roles on dramas such as Casualty. Sarah grew up in Southport, Merseyside.

Sarah Barrand was born in 1985 under the name of Sarah Galvin[1]. Educated at Ainsdale High School in Southport, now the Ainsdale Hope C of E school. The school was built on an old landfill site and stood on concrete stilts for safety reasons. After school she went on to study journalism at university[2].

Appeared in FHM but did not make it into their 100 Sexiest along with fellow cast members such as Laila Rouass
