Sarah Andrews (author)

Sarah Andrews is an American mystery author and geologist. She has written 11 novels, all featuring the character of her creation, geologist Em Hansen. Her books include Only Flesh and Bones, Bone Hunter and Earth Colors. She has won numerous awards for her writings, incliding the American Association of Petroleum Geologists Journalism Award[1] (now called the Geosciences in the Media Award). She is also a Geology lecturer at Sonoma State University.
Many of her novels take place in the Rocky Mountains region of the United States.
