Chris Saracino was one of the founders of Cleerance.co Northern Electronic, a record label based in Ottawa, Canada, that specialized in electronic music from 1999-2003. The label was started in 1999 with the release of "Five Different Parts", and continued after Saracino met and began working with Canadian based producer and artist Chameleonic (a.k.a. Chris Macintyre). The two would go on to release 2 Chameleonic records, the artist's self titled debut, and sophmore effort, "Segments" in 2001. In 2003, the duo would form the collective, Terra Martino, and released "Directions In Motion", with Chameleonic taking on all production and recording responsibilities. Selected tracks from "Directions In Motion" were used for promotion for the Apple Ipod in the U.K., and as the theme music to the popular CBC Radio 1 noon hour show "Ontario Today".

Saracino got his start playing in the local Ottawa band "understorey", and has been involved in the local Ottawa music community since 1996. He currently plays in the Canadian rock outfit, "The Setbacks".
