Susan Ariel Rainbow Kennedy, better known as SARK, is a speaker, artist and author of inspirational, motivational self-help books characterized by lively and colorful drawings and watercolors.

The pages generally have the appearance of a handwritten journal or sketchbook, and include much autobiographical information. Common themes include creativity and recovery.
