[edit] Reversions
On 27 August, you reverted a Defacement to the article on Warren Towers at Boston University and asked "Is there another way to do this?"
I don't know how you did it, but the most direct way is to open the version of the article just before the defacement, select "Edit This Page" and immediately Save the page. This saves the previous version as the current version and thus eliminates vandalism. Of course, if some valid changes were also made in the time between vandalism and reversion, those are also lost and it is the responsibility of the person doing the reversion to find and restore them manually. - Or click on the '('undo')' link at the top of the version you wish to revert (usually displayed on the right of your browser, with the version you wish to go back to on the left). Refsworldlee(chew-fat)(eds) 23:14, 11 February 2007 (UTC)
