I have edited several additions linking this article to the category "surrealist film". This is simply NOT a surrealist film. It is so bad and so unintentionally weird that elements of it informally may be called surreal, but it is NOT a surrealist film. Although I did in fact mention "several surreal dream sequences" in the article it must be noted that, in formal usage, "weird" does not equal "surreal." David Lynch is a surrealist filmmaker; Ed Wood was not. If Santa Claus is surrealist cinema, then so is everything that ever ran on MST3K. Sorry to be a noodge, but....
