[edit] Gay Icon Project

In my effort to merge the now-deleted list from the article Gay icon to the Gay icons category, I have added this page to the category. I engaged in this effort as a "human script", adding everyone from the list to the category, bypassing the fact-checking stage. That is what I am relying on you to do. Please check the article Gay icon and make a judgment as to whether this person or group fits the category. By distributing this task from the regular editors of one article to the regular editors of several articles, I believe that the task of fact-checking this information can be expedited. Thank you very much. Philwelch 20:11, 24 Mar 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Libertarian cat

There was no real assertion in the article that Sandra Bernhard is a libertarian, so I removed the tag. If anyone has a source, please feel free to add it. --Deville (Talk) 23:34, 6 May 2006 (UTC)

Bernhard campaigned heavily for John Kerry, but in her 2006 show did a routine about how she would have preferred Howard Dean, so if anything she is a democrat or member of The Green Party. Pacian 05:34, 14 July 2006 (UTC)
Yeah, that pretty much nails the issue down then.. thanks Deville (Talk) 02:52, 9 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Two Versions of "Everything Bad and beautiful" ??

Until someone can source the claim that there are two versions of the above album I am removing the claim. I attended the show live in New York City and I bought the CD at the release party the day it came out, and the track listing on my version is identical to the listing on the version currently available on Bernhard's website, so I can't imagine there is a second version with an alternate track listing in existence. [edit] Article plagiarized by newspaper

The Philadelphia newspaper "Key to Philadelphia" has plagiarized this article in their January 15-28, 2007 issue. It contains the following text which is copied almost identical to a passage in this article. The news article states:

""When asked by Barbra Walters to discuss her opinion of Laura Bush her answer sent Republican co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck into an angry rant ("Don't you 'honey' me, HONEY!") When host Joy Behar, a friend of Sandra's, then left the stage for comedic effect the segment was cut short."

Even the capitalization and punctuation are identical. Midnightguinea 18:55, 20 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Major Overhaul

Did a major overhaul of the article with a huge amount of additional material. Added picture, added infobox. Upgraded article's rating from Start to B. Midnightguinea 20:37, 21 January 2007 (UTC)
