Sandesh and Peda are quite different in texture and taste. Sandesh is quite a bit softer, with less sugar, while peda is mostly hard and very sweet. --Ragib 18:02, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
The pictures on google images looked similar, but I still put the [citation needed] tag there. When I was at a durga puja, the Sandesh they gave out looked just like Peda though the texture & taste were maybe a bit different. Bakaman Bakatalk 18:19, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
