I removed this, because according to desert varnish, it is the absence, not the presence of sandblasting which allows desert varnish. I believe desert varnish to be correct. WayneConrad 02:22, 6 October 2005 (UTC):

[edit] Shouldn't there be a separate article for bead blasting?

Bead blsting currently redirects here, but this article states that bead blasting is not technically the same process (without further elaboration), so should it not maybe have its own article?Matthew CB Allen 15:08, 31 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Far Side

There's a The Far Side cartoon that shows two men on a desert island, one is building a sandcastle and the other is picking up an "ACME Sandblaster" from the ocean and looking evilly at his companion and thinking "Alriiiiiiight!" Can someone explain why someone what he was planning to do with it? Ratso 14:45, 17 March 2007 (UTC)
