[edit] As housing costs have gone up in the San Francisco Bay Area, commuters have begun moving to San Benito County.

It is considered by the US Census as an outlying county to the San Jose-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara Metropolitan Area. This means that at least 25% of the employed population of San Benito County works in Santa Clara County. Polaron | Talk 21:13, 5 June 2006 (UTC)
