Santo António da Serra (Portuguese for Saint Anthony and mountain range) is a parish in the district of Santa Cruz in the Madeira Islands. The population in 2001 is 982, its density is 66,5/km² and the area is 14.77 km²/1,477 ha. It is located W of Machico and ENE of Funchal. The main industry are agriculture. It's connected with a road to Machico, to Funchal and to Santana (Via Poiso). The mountains are encircling Santo António da Serra. The main center of the parish has a mark, that separates the parois between the two disctrits. Santo António da Serra (Machico) is located northwest of this Santo António da Serra.

Santo António da Serra (Santa Cruz) has a primary school, a market, a church, a hotel and a main square (praça). Surrounding the center there are many commercial buildings and during the weekends there's an intense traffic due to the popularity of the parish and it's commercial features. One big feature of this village is a golf course, very popular in the entire country and with several events in an international level.
