Santhià is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Vercelli in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 50 km northeast of Turin and about 20 km northwest of Vercelli. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 9,283 and an area of 53.3 km2.[1]
The municipality of Santhià contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Bosafarinera Vettigne'.
Santhià borders the following municipalities: Alice Castello, Carisio, Casanova Elvo, Cavaglià, Crova, Formigliana, San Germano Vercellese, and Tronzano Vercellese.
