Santena is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Turin in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 15 km southeast of Turin. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 10,313 and an area of 16.2 km2.[1]

The municipality of Santena contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Tetti Busso, Tetti Giro, Luserna, and Gamenario.

Santena borders the following municipalities: Chieri, Cambiano, Trofarello, Poirino, and Villastellone.
