Santa Vitória do Palmar (lit. "Holy Victory of the Palm Grove") is a city in the Brazilian state, Rio Grande do Sul. It was the southernmost city in Brazil until Chuí was founded in 1997. To the west is the Lagoa Mirim and beyond that Uruguay, to the east is the Atlantic Ocean and to the north is the city of Rio Grande.
