Santa Luzia (Portuguese for Saint Lucia) is a parish in the district of São Roque do Pico in the Azores Islands. The population in 2001 is 472, its density is 15.4/km² and the area is 30.69 km². It is located on the northern part of the island and is connected by road encircling the island as well as another linking to Mount Pico. The area is hilly and mountainous in the south. It is the second smallest parish, the third largest and the least populated in density in São Roque do Pico and is also the northernmost. Northeast is the island of São Jorge and directly south is the Azores' tallest mountain Pico which it borders. The municipality of Madalena is bordered to the west and another to the south
