Santa Luzia (Portuguese for Saint Lucy) is a parish in the district of Angra do Heroísmo in the Azores. The population in 2001 is 3,001, its density is 2,500.8/km² and the area is 1.2 km². It is the most populated and the smallest parish in Angra do Heroísmo.
