Santa Cabeza is a fictional town in the game Dead Rising for the Xbox 360. Not much is known about it except that the entire population (excluding Carlito and Isabela Keyes) were killed by special forces after a zombie outbreak occurred. The outbreak was caused by a biologically-engineered queen wasp whose sting is capable of transforming a human being into a zombie. The wasp escaped from an American research facility which its purpose was to mass produce cattle headed by Dr. Russell Barnaby. After the incident, Carlito vowed revenge and turned the town of Willamette, Colorado into a zombie town like Santa Cabeza. Carlito says Pachamama in his second battle with Frank. It means Mother Earth which Isabela says Santa Cabeza was blessed with nature and that her and Carlito's parents said it a lot. Santa Cabeza is supposedly of Spanish or Mexican origin as of Isabela and Carlito's accent.
