Sant'Alessandro in Zebedia is a church in Milan, northern Italy.

It was constructed starting from 1601 for the Barnabite order, on design by Lorenzo Binago, supported by Francesco Maria Richini. It is composed of a principal edifice on the Greek cross plan, with a dome, flanked by a separated presbytery also with a dome. The façade, with bas-relief decoratios, has two bell towers.

The interior include works by important Lombard Baroque artists such as Camillo Procaccini and Daniele Crespi (Flagellation).
