Sanja Stijačić (Сања Стијачић) is a Serbian flutist.

She graduated (B.M. and M.M.) from the Academy of Arts, in Novi Sad, Serbia, where studied with professor Marijan Egić. Additionally, she studied in Basel, with professor Aurèl Nicolet.

[edit] Performance career

Mrs. Stijačić had many concerts in Yugoslavia and abroad as soloist, chamber and orchestral musician. She was member of and/or played with such orchestras as Symphony Orchestra of the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, Orchestra of the Opera of the Serbian National Theatre in Novi Sad, the Philharmonic Orchestra of Vojvodina and others. She made recordings for the Radiotelevision of Novi Sad, the Radiotelevision of Belgrade, and the Radiotelevision of Priština.

Mrs. Stijačić is Professor of Flute and Chamber Music at the Univesity of Priština Faculty of Arts , Serbia and Music Academy in East Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
