Sangeeth Varghese is a leadership scholar, who studied at the London School of Economics. Varghese is the founder of LeadCap, a movement with a vision to build India as a nation of leaders. He strives to do this by attempting to build what he calls a 'leadership democracy' - where everyone everywhere has an equal opportunity to rise to a leadership role.

Varghese writes a popular column 'On Leadership' for the Businessworld, India's largest business magazine. He is the author of the forthcoming book ‘Decide to Lead – Eight decisions that can make you a leader’.
