Sandstorm(warriors)

Sandstorm is Firestar's mate and the mother of Squirrelflight and Leafpool. She didn't always like Firestar though, when he first arrived in Thunderclan she and Dustpaw (Dustpelt) made fun of him for being a kittypet. After some time she stopped and they became good friends. Like Squirrelflight, Sandstorm is bossy and has a some what of a short temper.
Sandstorm's fondness for Fireheart started in Rising Storm. Fireheart cared about Spottedleaf too much to notice it, but when he went to see Cinderpelt, she told him that he should be caring for another cat rather than Spottedleaf. When Fireheart asked who it was, she said that every cat in ThunderClan could see that Sandstorm is very fond of him.
Sandstorm usually is the one to calm Firestar down or the one he sometimes goes to for advice. He never made her deputy, but she acts somewhat like one. When Graystripe was captured by Twolegs, Sandstorm and Brambleclaw where the one who did most of his jobs as deputy. In fact if Leafpool didn't have the dream from StarClan that Brambleclaw was to be deputy, Firestar might have picked Sandstorm.
