Sandro Veronesi was born to Prato (Firenze) in the 1959. His first book, Per dove parte questo treno allegro was published in the 1988. In the 2006 Sandro Veronesi has been the winner of the most important italian prize (il Premio Strega) with the book Caos Calmo (Bompiani 2005).
