Sandrine Bailly (born November 25, 1979) is a French biathlete.

She was born in Belley, France. In her career as a biathlete, she has already won five medals at the Biathlon World Championships, and in the 2004-2005 season she won the Complete World Cup.

At the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, she won the bronze medal in the 4 x 6 km relay.
