San Sebastián de la Cruz fort

The San Sebastián de la Cruz fort (also called Corral fort) was a spanish maritime fortress made to defend the entrance to the Valdivia River, and and the city of Valdivia itself. It was the seat of the high command of the Corral Bay fort system. It was part of the bigger Valdivian fort system, a well elaborate plan to avoid attacks from pirates and enemy nations.
