San Juan Festival

According to oral versions gathered from major persons, San Juan Festival is a custom brought by the missionaries who evangelized the villages, who introduced a tradition for the commemoration to the sacrifice of apostle San Juan Bautista, who according to the Biblical history was decapitated by order of King Herodes to like the princess Salomé.
