San Juan Ave, designated the signed state highway State Road 128, for much of it's route , pretty much 95 % of it . San Juan Ave begins after SR 211 , comes to the north end of the Grand Ave Bridge and the road becomes San Juan Ave passing woodmere ave & Lakeside dr , 2 side roads before intersecting with Herschel Street . In which at that point SR 211 jogs right or North on Herschel St . and State Road 128 begins on San Juan Ave heading due west . intersecting with Roosevelt Blvd , ( US 17 /SR 15) then going over some train tracks & going into more of a business area , then passing Blanding Blvd ( SR 21) which intersects in a northeast-southwest angle . then only two blocks later is Cassat Ave ( SR 111 ) then after a few more blocks it passes LakeShore Ave , just before crossing cedar river . then on the other side passing hyde park & Jammies rd , two key side roads in the lakeshore , cedar hills area . before passing a few side roads and then coming to it's end at Lane Ave ( SR 103 )
