San Giovanni d'Asso is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Siena in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 80 km southeast of Florence and about 30 km southeast of Siena in the area known as the Crete Senesi. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 920 and an area of 66.4 km2.[1]
The municipality of San Giovanni d'Asso contains the frazione (subdivision) Montisi.
