San Giorgio della Richinvelda is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Pordenone in the Italian region Friuli-Venezia Giulia, located about 90 km northwest of Trieste and about 20 km northeast of Pordenone. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,442 and an area of 47.9 km².^[1]

The municipality of San Giorgio della Richinvelda contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Aurava, Cosa, Domanins, Pozzo, Provesano, and Rauscedo.

San Giorgio della Richinvelda borders the following municipalities: Arzene, Cordenons, Dignano, Flaibano, San Martino al Tagliamento, Sedegliano, Spilimbergo, Vivaro, Zoppola.
