Jeff Cook (born April 17, 1963) played middle infield for the San Diego Stars from 1981-1984. Jeff played High School Baseball in the San Diego regional area. He helped his teamates to consecutive CIF appearances his junior and senior years.

Jeff went on to play for the new ABC league which was a single-A affiliate of the California Angels. The American Baseball Committee was around for three seasons until they lost their affiliation. Once the financial support was gone the promising ABC league lost its momentum and became a non affiliated local league that supported balls players considered to be past their prime, or out of opportunities.

Jeff had brief appearances with the Santa Maria and Lake Elsinore. Both teams are in the California farm system.
