San Benigno Canavese is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Turin in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 20 km northeast of Turin. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,307 and an area of 22.2 km2.[1]

The municipality of San Benigno Canavese contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Cascina Mure and Cascina Bruciata.

San Benigno Canavese borders the following municipalities: Foglizzo, Bosconero, Montanaro, Lombardore, Chivasso, and Volpiano.
