[edit] Synopsis
San Antonio Rock City follows strip creator Clem’s life in San Antonio after moving there from Minnesota. The strip generally follows a four-panel format arranged in a square with using the first for the title panel showing Clem and his girlfriend, Victoria, parodying American Gothic. Occasionally there are a few six-strip comics.
[edit] History
San Antonio Rock City launched on January 22, 2006, as a follow up to Clem’s other strip, Nothing Nice To Say.
Clem usually updates the strip every weekday, taking breaks periodically.
Clem temporarily re-titled the strip Chicago Rock City from August 8 through August 28, 2006 as Clem went to Chicago for a comic book convention. On December 27, 2006, Clem re-titled the strip Minneapolis Rock City for one issue in honor of his hometown.[1]
