San Antonio is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Nueva Ecija, Philippines. It lies between Jaen and Zaragosa. It is about two hours from Manila by bus. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 63,672 people in 12,761 households.

A popular association is called "SADOSANE", which stands for "Sons and Daughters of San Antonio, Nueva Ecija". SADOSANE sponsors an evening ball every January 16-17 to celebrate the annual feast of the local patron saint, San Antonio de Padua. Members from all over the country as well as those who live in other parts of the world come home for the celebration, for which the municipal plaza is elaborately decorated and people enjoy food, dance, and performances by local musicians.
