[edit] Welcome!

Hello Sam916, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like it here and decide to stay.

Here are some tips to help you get started:

I hope you will enjoy editing and being a Wikipedian. Good luck! — Bcat

[edit] Casino info box

Formating can be improved if you add a <br> between the street address and the city. Also between the restaurants.

Does it make sense to move the web page link to the bottom of the box? It seems to be overpowering at the top.

Thanks for keeping this moving. Vegaswikian 06:32, 12 July 2005 (UTC)

[edit] New Wikiproject Las Vegas

I have noted your interest in Las Vegas, Nevada and surrounding area. I extend the offer to join us on the Wikiproject Las Vegas. Guy M (soapbox) 12:28, August 15, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Campo dei Miracoli

It is customary, when using the template cleanup, to indicate on the talk page of the article what has to be cleaned up. Several Wikipedians, including me, have put considerable effort in writing this article. Every article can always be improved. Your input is most welcome or you may be bold and do the eventual cleanup yourself. JoJan 09:44, 30 November 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Adding my videos to articles

If you are going to be adding the videos I took to articles (I was going to do that sooner or later), you might want to use User:Raul654/favpics/Florida2006 as a starting point. Raul654 02:46, 27 January 2006 (UTC)

In fact I did use that page as my starting pont. -- Sam916 02:47, 27 January 2006 (UTC)

Great. One more suggestion - you might want to skip using the video template entirely, and use the multi-video template exclusively (even for articles that only have one video). It works just as well, and makes life a lot easier in that you don't have to switch back between teh two. Raul654 02:53, 27 January 2006 (UTC)`

[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Stanley_at_the_finish_line.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Stanley_at_the_finish_line.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.

Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Carnildo or ask for help at Wikipedia talk:Image copyright tags. Thank you.
