[edit] Cornershop

I am removing the claim that 1965 Records settled out of court. The band's manager made the following statement [1]

"Cornershop DID try to sue the View for infringement of copyright. We mutually agreed to have a independent musicologist's report done on the songs to settle the issue. The report (about 12 pages long) compared the songs in every way possible, and concluded that the similarities were : both bands have drums, guitar, bass & a singer. Thus Cornershop have withdrawn their action. Thank you and goodnight. - Grant Dickson, (Two Thumbs)" Citizensmith 10:37, 12 March 2007 (UTC)
