The article says that the case is due to be heard on August 12, and also that it's due to be heard in early 2006. Which is it? 207.245.124.66 15:15, 6 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Non-NPOV

This article, in its interpretation of the Court's ruling is very biased and has a pro-homosexuality slant. Will edit.

[edit] Merge

Surely this article, which is predominantly about a particular court case, should be turned into one just about that court case, and the residue merged into (and redirect to) Civil partnership? This article does after all start off by saying there is no such thing as same-sex marriage in the UK, which suggests to me there should not be an article on the subject (separate from Civil partnership).
