Samuel Whitbread Community College is a specialist engineering school serving the rural communities around the small market town of Shefford in Mid Bedfordshire. As well as a popular and expanding comprehensive school for Years 9-13, it contains a nursery school and facilities for adult education.

The school itself has been currently updated so that it contains new facilities and department space.

The school was officially opened by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on 17th November 2006.
