Samuel D. Felker

Samuel Demeritt Felker (April 16, 1859–November 14, 1932) was an American lawyer and Democratic politician from Rochester, New Hampshire. He served as mayor of Rochester and in the New Hampshire state House of Representatives before being elected Governor in 1912.
