Samuel Barlay (born September 9, 1986 in Freetown, Sierra Leone) is a Sierra Leonean international footballer. He plays as a central midfielder for Malmo FF in the Swedish first division and for the Sierra Leonean national football team.
Samuel Barlay captain Sierra Leone U- 17 soccer team at the 2003 FIFA U-17 World Championship in Finland. He sign for Malmo FF from local club East End Lions shortly after the 2003 FIFA U-17 World Championship. In 2006 he was on a season long loan at IFK Mariehamn in the Finnish Veikkausliiga.
