The Samsung SPH-A640 (also A640) is a Tri-mode dual band cellular telephone developed for PCS carriers like Sprint Nextel

Offering many of Sprint's features, such as SMS messaging and ReadyLink push-to-talk walkie-talkie technology, the A640 has a internal 65k ufb, 1.82 inch display with external Organic LED display. Including many now-standard features, the A640 includes a built-in camera, text messaging, and Bluetooth technology.
