Samboy is one of the largest brand of potato chips released in Australia and is owned by the Snack Brands Australia. Samboy chips are crinkled potato chips.

The most popular flavours are Chicken, Original and Salt & Vinegar.

In the 1960s Samboy chips were not crinkle cut and only came in barbecue flavour. Although today's Samboy Barbecue chips taste similar to the original version, they do not taste the same.

In the 1980s, the "Original" (ready salted) flavour was called "Samboy Gold".
