Samantha McGlone (born on July 19, 1979 in St. Catharines, Ontario) is an athlete from Canada. She competes in triathlon.

McGlone competed at the second Olympic triathlon at the 2004 Summer Olympics. She took twenty-seventh place with a total time of 2:10:14.24.

Samantha won the Canadian National Triathlon championship in both 2004 and 2005.
